I'm not sure where to begin the sharing.
Raymond, to whom I will introduce you
at some point in these pages,
suggested that I
begin at the beginning.
But, for me, knowing when the beginning
actually is
poses many questions.
Therefore I will allow the words
to flow
as they choose.
I was taught that in the beginning was the word and the word was God.
Those of the Christian faith are of the belief
that God and Jesus are one.
I understand that Jesus taught
that we are all One.
So perhaps this is where I will begin
by quoting the great Master who said,
"All these things I do you can do also
even greater than these things"
(forgive the imperfect quotation)
Soon it will be Easter, the season of death,
resurrection and life everlasting.
I believe the words that Jesus spoke,
so not surprisingly I believe that we all
experience death, resurrection
and life everlasting
because all these things He did
we can do also
even greater than these things.
This is the first "pearl of promise".
So to begin at the beginning as
Raymond suggests
is to understand where and when
my life began.
I need only remember.
This will be the beginning of a
metaphysical journey
which is my life.
